C.O.M. (CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL)

Please refer to our current price list to determine the price of an item when a customer is providing fabric for any section of the furniture. Please see a copy of our COM POLICY before placing an order for any items that will use COM. Once fabric is approved and yardage amount is quoted, a copy of our COM FORM needs to be completed, signed, and sent with any COM. Fabric cuttings or color images must be attached to the form. If you choose to send your form via email, it must be a color copy so that fabric can be identified and matched up to yardage associated with your order. If you do not have a copy of these forms, you may request them via email.
